By booking an appointment, you are confirming you have read and fully understand my booking and cancellation policy. ✨️All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE ✨️If you are a first-time client, please come with clean hands. Book a soak off if you would like for me to remove your current set. ✨️Please send your ideas or inspo pic for your appointment. This will help me better prepare for your service(s). ✨️If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. You are allowed one reschedule. Please be mindful there may be a client after you. ✨️Rescheduling is allowed once. If after your reschedule, you need to reschedule again, your deposit will be relinquished and you will need to book your appointment with deposit. ✨️Any services rendered after 8pm (closing time) will ensue a $25 VIP charge. ✨️Your appointment is reserved just for you and is special to me. Cancellations made after 24hrs of your scheduled appointments will result in a 50% cancellation charge. No shows will be charged 100% minus the deposit. Another deposit will then be required to book. ✨️Please book all services needed (nail repair, soak off, etc.). This will ensure our time will not be rushed and my next client will not have to wait beyond their appointment time. I take pride in my work and do not want to feel rushed. ✨️Quality work takes time. My goal is for your set to last. Nail art takes time. If you do not like to sit or have something to do, you may want to book a simple set. Thank you so much for allowing me to service you!
